The Elopement & Destination Quick Sign

Ideal for the intimate wedding with no trimmings and fuss.

This simple ceremony includes:

the prewritten ceremony which may be customized with personal vows
1 planning meeting
unlimited telephone and email contact prior to the event (during regular business hours)
a printed copy of the ceremony

The couple must provide:

2 witnesses
the venue
extra costs for the officiant including parking, mileage beyond 1-hour travel and overnight accommodation for travel beyond 4 hours
cruise or destination weddings must include all accommodation, meals and travel expenses
if a meal is included I'm happy to stay and say a blessing for that part of your day :)

Cost $350

Simple Elegance

Ideal for small, simple weddings with a short guest list.

This elegant ceremony includes:

prewritten, customized ceremony with personal vows
2 planning meetings
unlimited telephone and email support prior to the event (during regular business hours)
a printed copy of the ceremony

The couple must provide :

2 witnesses
the venue
extra costs for the officiant including parking, mileage beyond 1-hour travel and overnight accommodation for travel beyond 4 hours
cruise or destination weddings must include all accommodation, meals and travel expenses
if a meal is included I'm happy to stay and say a blessing for that part of your day :)

Cost: $450

Elaborate

For a larger more traditional wedding with many guests and large wedding parties.

This ceremony includes:

prewritten, customized ceremony with personal vows
3 planning meetings
unlimited telephone and email support prior to the event (during regular business hours).
2-hour rehearsal
a printed copy of the ceremony

The couple must provide:

2 witnesses
the venue
extra costs for the officiant including parking, mileage beyond 1-hour travel and overnight accommodation for travel beyond 4 hours
cruise or destination weddings must include all accommodation, meal and travel expenses
if a meal is included I'm happy to stay and say a blessing for that part of your day :)

Cost: $550

Agreement and Deposit Policy

An agreement for service will be signed by the client/s after the first hour of consultation. All services require a minimum $200 deposit which is non-refundable 10 days after signing the agreement and/or one month prior to the event.

Material

No material to be used will be given to the client until after the deposit is received. Materials will require a separate non-refundable deposit. Any material/service outlines etc. are loaned and remain the property of River of Hope Ministries and Rev. Peggy Guiler.
