Trained as an executive coach in 2014 with Essential Impact I am an associate certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and abidesby their Code of Ethics.
Individual Coaching
As a coach I support and enhance the process of finding an​swers to the challenges of work and life with careful listening and care. I always hold clients capable of finding their own answers and will listen long enough and ask the right kinds of questions to support the process. In two to four hours a month you will find positive solutions and make solid decisions for work and for life.
Most coaching contracts last between one year and 18 months.
I am careful not to become a therapist and am able to direct you to other appropriate supports if they are necessary.
Adding to my skills as a coach I bring 20 years of work in mental health peer support and have good insight into the issues and the resources.
Offering another dimension to support and growth, I am also a spiritual director.
Rates are based on the premise of two one hour sessions per month plus up to four 10 minute telephone refreshers during the month. A contract is drawn up for six months with the first installment for 3 months required at the first session and the second before the beginning of the 4th month.

Group/Team Coaching
Sometimes the workplace needs support from the outside from someone who can take a look at what is happening without a clouded lens. Facilitation and group coaching supports the healthy process of ferreting our the issues and coming up with complimentary solutions.
Group rates are reflective of the individual rates but may vary according to the needs of the group. Contracts are required and include an understanding of confidentiality. Recommendations to management will not be made about individuals and management will not expect any information received from individuals in the organization to be passed on to them.
Group facilitation will vary according to the size of the group.

Location
In person is preferred for at least the initial meeting. There are other options available including the internet (e.g. Skype) and telephone.
Meetings may take place in the workplace, your home or in a neutral location suitable to all.
Times
Appointments can be made for:
Weekdays from 9:30 to 1
Evenings from 7 to 9
Saturday from 10 to 3
Telephone follow ups also fall within these hours and should not exceed 15 minutes.
My home is near Port Dover, Ontario. My travel and accommodation expenses will be added to contact prices for any contract beyond 50 km.
